Monday @ 7.30pm and Thursday@ 7.30pm we run 1hr classes, giving you 8 classes in total.
The programme runs for 4 weeks in total.
By the end of which you will have a good grounding in Self Defence concepts.

Whilst we try and avoid getting close enough to be grabbed, unfortunately grappling plays a major part in many violent confrontations.
Understanding the clinch, takedowns and stand up grappling, mean that when it happens we have solutions.
We train weapons that have real life relevance, essentially sticks and knives.
Taken from Kali and Krav Maga we look at how to use weapons and if there is no other option, how to defend against weapons, and yes we know running is a good idea!.
The ground is not your friend, so understanding how to get up from it, even with a large opponent sat on you is vital to self defence knowledge and training.
Elements of BJJ, Judo and wrestling are used to help avoid this awful place in a fight.
We practice sparring with 1 against 2 or 1 against 3 to develop our peripheral vision, reactions and our footwork and movement.
This is high adrenaline stuff and really sharpens your focus, essential training for street self defence.
